About This Role

This role is for a customer-focused Sales Associate at a well-established home furnishings retailer. You will assist customers with product selection, process sales, and contribute to an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming and professional customer service experience
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing
• Accurately complete sales transactions and required documentation
• Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Assist with inventory management and loss-prevention activities
• Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
• Work toward individual and team sales performance goals
