About This Role

As a Sales and Service Leader at Sephora, you will lead by example to inspire your team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You will coach and empower team members, drive performance through client engagement and product knowledge, and contribute to a high-performing and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
  • Drive overall store success through strong client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of your team by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
  • Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards
  • Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
  • Uphold Sephora standards and follow company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
  • Strong sales and client service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
