About This Role

As an Operations Associate, you will be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient operations to support an exceptional client experience. Your role involves managing inventory, visual merchandising, and upholding Sephora's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
  • Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
  • Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
  • Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge quickly
  • Ability to support outstanding client service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Availability during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications
