About This Role

Safeguard Sephora's assets by implementing safety and shrink strategies, monitoring store activity, and handling incidents to ensure a secure and inclusive environment for clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and join meetings and training sessions to promote asset protection awareness and reinforce safety protocols
• Maintain a strong store presence (75-80% of time) on the selling floor to deter theft and ensure a safe environment
• Collaborate with store managers to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Utilize CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses
• De-escalate situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience
• Complete audits and prepare reports for asset protection efforts
• Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements
• Testify in court on behalf of Sephora if required

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
• Conflict de-escalation skills
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
