About This Role

As an Operations Leader at Sephora, you will drive operational excellence by overseeing inventory, merchandising, and leading the operations team to ensure an exceptional client experience. You will also coach team members and uphold Sephora's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment to meet operational standards
  • Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to maintain brand presentation
  • Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store goals
  • Coach and develop team members on operational processes, selling behaviors, and company initiatives
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork
  • Follow company policies and ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at motivating teams
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
