About This Role

This role supports the daily operations of a Sephora store, managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising, and contributing to an exceptional client experience. The Operations Associate ensures efficient store functionality and upholds brand standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations by managing inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
  • Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
  • Foster inclusivity and teamwork by helping promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered
  • Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge quickly
  • Ability to support outstanding client service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance

Qualifications
