Sales Advisor Seasonal

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell products, and ensure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will utilize your fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide support and guidance on fashion trends, stories, and products
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete full garment cycle tasks including unpacking, refill, steaming, and ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with garment presentation and execute attractive merchandise displays according to visual guidelines
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities
