Sales Advisor (Seasonal)

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the store, actively selling products using fashion knowledge, and ensuring a clean sales floor and back of house. You will work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage with customers to provide support and guidance regarding products and fashion trends
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors
• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
