Sales Advisor-Seasonal

About This Role

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor at H&M, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage with customers to provide support and guidance, using fashion and product knowledge
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete garment cycle tasks including unpacking, refilling, and steaming, ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house areas
• Support with garment presentation and maintaining attractive merchandise displays
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and H&M products
• Motivation to provide a great customer experience
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
