As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, and actively selling products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience while also contributing to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
- Engage with customers to effectively promote and sell H&M products
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Complete full garment cycle tasks including unpacking, refill, and steaming for proper garment care
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house areas
- Support with garment presentation and uphold attractive merchandise displays
- Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines on the sales floor
- Support with opening and closing procedures of the store
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, and products
Requirements

- Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting
- Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service-related industries
