Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, selling products, and assisting with fashion knowledge. You will also maintain a tidy sales floor and back of house, working with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage with customers and promote/sell products effectively
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms
• Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintaining attractive merchandise displays
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and relevant influencers
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses
• Support with opening and closing of the store

Requirements

• Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
• Passion for fashion
• Communicative, creative, and curious
• Motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
