As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and promoting brand initiatives. You will maintain garment presentation, contribute to a clean sales floor, and utilize fashion knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store experience
- Engage with customers to provide support and guidance on fashion trends and products
- Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
- Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
- Complete full garment cycle, including unpacking, refill, and steaming
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house areas
- Support with garment presentation and maintaining attractive merchandise displays
- Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets
