Sales Advisor

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service as a Sales Advisor, guiding customers and actively selling products, while maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage and have conversations with customers to offer support and guidance
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products using fashion and product knowledge
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, brands, and competitors
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms
