About This Role

This Sales Advisor role at H&M focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, actively selling products, and providing fashion guidance to customers. The role involves maintaining the store's visual standards and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitors
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with garment presentation and execute attractive merchandise displays
