Sales Advisor

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service as a Sales Advisor, guiding customers and actively selling products in a fast-paced retail environment. Utilize fashion and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage and converse with customers to deliver excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support with commercial or operational actions to achieve sales targets with store management
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
