Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, actively selling products, and assisting them with fashion and product knowledge. You will also be responsible for garment care, merchandise presentation, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Actively promote and sell H&M products to customers
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor
• Support with opening and closing of the store
