Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers, actively selling products, and providing fashion and product knowledge. You will also be responsible for garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide excellent service and promote products
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, and competitors
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house
• Support with garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Support with opening and closing of the store, following H&S guidelines
