Sales Advisor

About This Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell products using your fashion knowledge, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide support and guidance on fashion trends and products
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Complete full garment cycle tasks including unpacking, refill, steaming, and garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms
• Support with garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities
• Support with opening and closing of the store
