Sales Advisor

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store, actively selling products while using fashion and product knowledge. Contribute to garment care and maintain a clean sales floor while working collaboratively with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store
• Promote and sell products to customers, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers
• Share product and fashion knowledge with customers and colleagues
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes
