Safety Associate

About This Role

This Safety Associate role supports AI and ISA database projects, prepares study report summaries, and assists with Fragrance regulation compliance for consumer goods. The position involves assessing HRIPT needs for formulas and reviewing toxicology files for completeness.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI Support for AI Improvements projects
• Provide ISA database support projects
• Prepare study report summaries
• Set up study documents (ST forms)
• Support Fragrance regulation compliance (SB258, SB312, EU extended allergen calculations)
• Assess whether an HRIPT is needed for formulas with fragrance changes
• Review SharePoint data of toxicology files for completeness regarding market introductions

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Biological Sciences major preferred not required)
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
