The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual content for print and digital channels, translating brand guidelines into compelling designs and user interfaces. This role collaborates with UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver consistent, accessible, and production-ready design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design layouts and visual assets for logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, and digital experiences.
- Translate brand guidelines into polished digital UI deliverables, including mockups, clickable prototypes, and design systems.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility across UI assets and development handoffs.
- Collaborate with UX partners on wireframes and design decisions; support smooth handoff to engineering and review live implementations.
- Conduct UI research activities as needed, including competitive analysis, A/B testing insights, and accessibility considerations.
- Prepare assets for print and digital production, including press checks when required.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color, and composition.
- Demonstrated creativity with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Resume must include a portfolio link and password for consideration.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate skills in UI design and working knowledge of UI design principles.
- Experience producing UI deliverables such as prototypes, assets for development handoff, and simple animations.
- Familiarity with UI research methods, including competitive analysis, A/B testing, and accessibility.
- Experience collaborating with product designers and software engineers in agile environments.
- Interest in growing design leadership skills and contributing to team design processes.
