About This Role

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit at Webster Medical Center, collaborating with a diverse team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, and triage
Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
Provide empathetic care for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Demonstrate competency and comprehensive nursing expertise

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure (NLC)
Ability to obtain and maintain department specific competencies and certifications
Adaptable, great communicator, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
Critical thinking skills

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA) with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
