This Registered Nurse (RN) role delivers compassionate, high-quality care to patients, making critical assessments, performing procedures, and implementing care plans. The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leverage expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive patient care
- Perform critical assessments, skilled procedures, and meticulously implement patient care plans
- Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrate ability to assess and interpret age-specific data
- Encourage involvement of patient, family, and significant others in decision making related to the plan of care
- Identify patient/caregiver teaching needs, safety issues, and comfort/pain issues
- Perform priority procedures for assigned patients or areas safely and legally within scope of practice and policy
- Act as a resource for all procedures for assigned patients or areas
- Identify actual and potentially unsafe care practices and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum of one year Acute Care RN experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year Acute Care RN experience

- Completion of a Telemetry class
