Deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to hospitalized patients, assessing their needs, administering care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal health and functional recovery.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Administer medications and perform treatments
- Continuously monitor patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Prepare patients and their families for a successful discharge
Requirements
- Current WA State RN license
- One (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
- CPR certification
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
- One (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
Nice to Have
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
