Join the Faith Haven Senior Care team as a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care, assess patient needs, and implement care plans utilizing the latest technology. Be empowered to make a direct impact on patient well-being while working with a strong interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients/families on changes
• Provide preventative and supportive care for the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients
• Oversee Nurse Aide team, including direction, assignments, training, and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an RN Registered Nurse in Michigan
• Current CPR certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• High level of analytical abilities for care plans and problem-solving
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members
