Provide high-quality, patient-centered home health care as a Field Registered Nurse, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction in Broward County. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Deliver safe and effective care based on individualized Plans of Care
- Promptly communicate changes in patient condition or emergencies to the care team
- Provide nursing services within scope of practice including medication administration, wound care, infusion therapy, catheter care, transferring and positioning patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
- Anticipate issues and appropriately escalate or resolve concerns
- Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency
Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse license
- 2 years of Home Health experience
- OASIS experience
- EMR experience
- Strong wound care skills
- Strong infusion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaboration skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to document accurately and timely in an electronic health record
Qualifications
- 2 years of Home Health experience
