About This Role

Provide high-quality, compassionate personal care and basic healthcare tasks to patients in their homes within Palm Beach County, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in accordance with each client’s individualized Plan of Care
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and daily living activities
• Perform basic health care tasks, including checking vital signs and assisting with prescribed medications
• Support client safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing
• Assist with light housekeeping as needed

Requirements

• Active CNA or HHA certification, with proof of training hours
• CPR certification (online classes not accepted)
• TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
