About This Role

Provide high-quality, patient-centered home health care as a Registered Nurse in Broward County, following individualized Plans of Care. Ensure patient safety, wellbeing, and satisfaction while prioritizing work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Deliver safe and effective care based on individualized Plans of Care
• Promptly communicate changes in patient condition or emergencies to the care team
• Provide nursing services within scope of practice, including medication administration, wound care, infusion therapy, catheter care, transferring and positioning patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
• Anticipate issues and appropriately escalate or resolve concerns
• Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency

Requirements

• 2 years of Home Health experience
• OASIS experience required
• EMR experience required
• Strong wound care and infusion skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Ability to document accurately and timely in an electronic health record

Qualifications

• 2 years of Home Health experience
