Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies
• Enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor
• Maintain well-organized and shoppable displays
• Ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and up to date
• Greet customers with genuine hospitality and offer assistance
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals and support sales
• Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins and resetting floor layouts
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms
• Update signs and pricing, and replenish merchandise
• Share Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with their purchases

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to create connection with customers and help achieve sales goals
• Ability to create a welcoming, friendly environment for customers and colleagues
• Ability to learn about products and give expert guidance to customers
• Responsibility for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• Ability to work seamlessly with colleagues at all levels and across departments
• Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
• Ability to perform talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
• Ability to use close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register
