About This Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the trusted expert for customers seeking beauty advice. You will create personalized shopping experiences, demonstrate products, and build lasting client relationships to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and make eye contact to initiate friendly, personal conversations
• Educate customers on beauty products, offering expert advice and conducting demonstrations
• Provide tailored consultations, including makeup application and skincare recommendations
• Stay current on beauty trends, new arrivals, and promotions to introduce relevant products
• Proactively grow and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up and virtual outreach
• Maintain an organized and shoppable counter and sales floor, refreshing signage and pricing
• Drive sales and client loyalty by leveraging clienteling tools and participating in sales events
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools for transactions

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating application, and educating on benefits of beauty products
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, promoting offers, and staying up to date through training
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals
• Experience in acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
