Retail Supervisor

About This Role

As a Retail Supervisor at Nike, you will be the face of the brand, guiding customers in making product decisions and working with your team to deliver excellent customer service. This role focuses on high-volume sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in making product decisions
• Work with the team to focus on customer service
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome, cared for, and exceed their expectations
• Operate a cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays
• Show up for teammates by attending store events
• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
• Play by the rules and be professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
