About This Role

As a Nike Retail Associate, you will be the face of NIKE, guiding customers in making the best decisions for them and contributing to a winning team culture. Embrace your role as an "Athlete" and impact customer experiences daily.

Responsibilities

Guide customers in making product decisions
Focus on customer service with the team
Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers
Make customers feel welcome and understood
Operate a cash register
Perform shipping and receiving duties
Stock products and clean
Build visual displays
Attend store events

Requirements

Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
