Lead the strategy, long-range line plans, and seasonal assortments for the Global Men's NSW Footwear – Air Max Vault business, acting autonomously while contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Responsibilities
- Craft the future strategy for the Men’s NSW Footwear – Air Max Vault business
- Develop long-range line plans for the business
- Create seasonal assortments to drive the Air Max Vault portfolio
- Lead business with autonomy
- Provide direction and mentorship to teammates
- Solve problems using limited information and implement solutions
- Advise others on complex matters requiring in-depth knowledge
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in merchandising and/or product creation in a vertical or wholesale environment
- Footwear, apparel and/or equipment merchandising experience
- Understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit based metrics
- Strong strategy building skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field
- 5+ years' relevant industry experience in merchandising and/or product creation
