About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and sales support for lacrosse products. Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers
Identify customer needs and answer questions about products
Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Ability to make customers feel welcome
Positive attitude and desire to resolve customer issues promptly
Understanding of the retail sales process
Basic math skills
Flexibility to work various shifts

Qualifications

High school degree or currently enrolled in High School

Nice to Have

Lacrosse experience
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
