Retail Associate

About This Role

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries while maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards
• Greet customers, including answering phones, by providing clients with the highest level of customer service
• Scan products, receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures
• Help customers use processing equipment
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures
• Keep track of all cash/ credit transactions, count cash intake and perform audits
• Assist in the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as needed

Requirements

• 2 years in a customer service role
• G.E.D or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication skills
