Retail Associate

About This Role

This Seasonal Retail Associate role involves carrying out front-line selling, driving sales revenue, and creating a positive shopping experience for fans at the United States Olympic Committee Store. The associate will also maintain retail standards through efficient back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and engage them to enhance their shopping experience
• Provide product recommendations to fans based on observations and conversations
• Execute brand connection by ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for fans
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and Team/League
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Possess a fun, professional demeanor
• Demonstrated ability to build product knowledge of Team/League inventory
• Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team in fast paced environments, servicing a diverse fan base
• Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness
• Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can do attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Past experience working in retail or sales preferred
