About This Role

This Seasonal Retail Associate role focuses on driving sales revenue and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for fans at the Baltimore Orioles Team Store. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, making product recommendations, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and engage them to enhance their shopping experience
• Make recommendations based on customer observations and conversations
• Ensure fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience to build brand connection
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards with attention to detail
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Possess a fun, professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Past experience working in retail or sales preferred

• Past experience working in retail or sales
• Foreign language skills
