About This Role

Manage a retail store, focusing on customer experience, sales growth, and team leadership for a global apparel company known for its iconic brands and commitment to sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers
• Handle heavy lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Constantly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders

Requirements

• 3+ years of store management experience
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.)
• Physical ability for constant movement including kneeling, carrying, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store management experience required
