As a Stylist, you will be a consumer-centric, proactive individual responsible for providing an ultimate consumer experience through sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will support the leadership team in achieving sales targets and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach for the ultimate experience to all consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations
- Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs consistent with Levi's® service approach
- Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
- Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction
- Efficiently handle cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy
- Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, following directives of store management
Requirements
- Fashion savvy and interested in current trends
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
