Sales Stylist

About This Role

As a Sales Stylist at Levi Strauss & Co., you will guide customers through our brands, including Levi's, Dockers, and Beyond Yoga, by providing excellent customer service, making personalized style suggestions, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach the ultimate experience to all consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations
• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on the consumer's needs
• Promote Levi's® omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
• Resolve consumer concerns consistent with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind
• Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues
• Efficiently handle cash and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, following directives of store management

Requirements

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, with constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 16 years old
