About This Role

Deliver a memorable experience to guests by providing expert product knowledge and recommendations, ensuring proper inventory control, and assisting with online orders and check-out.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable experience to guests
• Provide recommendations on dishes or protein based on product knowledge
• Ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability
• Replenish low stock items
• Pick and pack online orders
• Deliver a friendly check-out experience
• Be a Brand Ambassador, passionate about product quality and educating consumers
• Assist customers during the check-out process
• Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50lb and rotating products
• Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register as required

Requirements

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
• Ability to work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer)
• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred not required
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
