Retail Store Associate

About This Role

As a Part-Time Retail Store Associate at Fabletics, you will provide a best-in-class shopping experience, connecting customers with products through innovative technology and maintaining store merchandising guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance customer experience
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve shopping and add value to purchases
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues
• Unpack boxes (10-30 lbs) for inventory as required

• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners
• Ability to work with large teams
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
• Self-motivated and good communicator
