Serve as a Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting both sales and operations using cutting-edge technology. Collaborate with store leadership and a passionate team to achieve business targets and help customers embrace their active lifestyle passions.

Responsibilities

• Embody company culture and values, providing insights on products and living passion
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects
• Provide training and immediate feedback on Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance Customer experience
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to facilitate shopping and add customer value
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives for Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues
• Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition)
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners
• Ability to work with large teams
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and initiative-taking
• Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems
• Self-motivated, good communicator with innate ability to bring out the best in others
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
• Ability to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
• Must be 18 years of age or older
