About This Role

Serve as a Store Associate at adidas, actively engaging with customers and collaborating with a team to provide an exceptional retail experience while representing the brand as an ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by utilizing retail experience
• Create an emotional connection with every customer
• Act as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador
• Build relationships and work with your team to achieve common goals
• Perform basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication tasks
• Regularly talk or hear while performing duties
• Frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends
• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required
• Must be 16 years of age or older

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3-6 months experience working in a retail environment preferred

Nice to Have

• Three to six month's experience working in a retail environment
