Retail Sales Associate

About This Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver a memorable experience to guests by acting as a personal chef and butcher, providing product knowledge and recommendations. You will also manage inventory, process orders, and ensure a friendly check-out experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador, educating consumers about WFF's quality products
• Become a product and culinary expert through training classes to provide recipes and cooking tips
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing customer interactions
• Assist customers during the check-out process
• Perform stocking duties such as lifting up to 50lb, rotating products, ordering, dusting, and cleaning
• Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register
• Process customer e-commerce orders and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries
• Work in extremely cold environments (walk-in freezer) pulling racks, processing shipments, and performing monthly inventory

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with integrity as a TEAM

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required
