About This Role

Join a retail team as a Mobile Associate, specializing in wireless products and services. You will learn and build proficiency in customer service, provide best-in-class customer experience, and build loyalty through personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty
• Help customers continue their shopping journey from online, Customer Care, or in-store
• Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions, answers, and expertise
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
• Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience
• Successfully identify and handoff small business leads

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred

Nice to Have

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment
