As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key representative of the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers. This role involves assisting shoppers, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with locating merchandise
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
