About This Role

Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions, managing inventory, and contributing to store operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures
• Follow loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
