About This Role

Drive store performance and ensure exceptional customer service as a Part Sales Manager, leading a team and overseeing sales goals, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies

Requirements

• Leadership skills (integrity, decision-making)
• Flexible schedule availability (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime)

• Exceptional communication skills in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
