About This Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will engage with customers, providing personalized sales expertise to meet their needs and sales targets, leveraging AT&T's range of products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor
  • Participate in community events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
  • Fulfill online orders for customers
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends to meet customer needs
  • Stay current with evolving technology to best serve customers

Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
